Fundación CV- Región Europea

The Fundación is a non-profit organisation created with the aim to facilitate the participation of the Valencian civil society, industrial groups, chambers of commerce, financial institutions, local development agencies, educational organisations (research and development institutions), and other stakeholders in European policies and projects. We endeavour to bridge them all with the European reality bringing them closer to European projects, institutions and actors.

The Foundation is structured in 5 areas:

I.  BRIDGING EUROPE WITH THE VALENCIA REGION

The FCVRE is also aimed to bridge partnerships, both public and private –such as regional or local offices, companies, research institutes- in order to effectively co-operate for the success of European projects.

II. INFORMATION

• Nowadays diffusion and communication assume very important roles for the office. The Valencian region has a history of successful European projects, developed from public impulse and the collaboration of the Valencian civil society. To follow this line will be our challenge.
• We also offer press-related services, writing and releasing articles and reports through our comprehensive database that includes European, national, regional and local officers, media, decision-makers and think-tanks.
  

  III. AIMING HIGHER IN PARTNERSHIP

• Since the Foundation collaborates through raising partnerships and spreading results of projects at a European level it will result the ideal minor partner for the diffusion of results. Promoting projects and searching for transnational partners is becoming more important everyday. Our technical staff and our fully equipped premises are a great asset to organise meetings, seminars, project workshops and presentations within reach of European institutions.

IV. MONITORING AND ASSISTANCE

• The Foundation has already been part of some international consortiums for EU programmes as IST, LIFE Environment, Interreg III, and it aims to become an enthusiastic partner in other European projects to help diffusing the results and to organize seminars. The Foundation guides and promotes the presentation of interesting proposals for the development and sustainability of the region.
• In order to accomplish these purposes our Office offers assistance on EU legislation as well as information on EU call for proposals, grants, funding, and business opportunities to both public and private Valencian institutions. Moreover, our experienced senior staff guarantees monitoring and technical assistance on any subject related to the EU legislation and granted programmes.
• Region-marketing strategies can also be raised by the Foundation, in order to promote the image of the Valencian Community abroad.
  

V. COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING

• One of the core activities of the Foundation is the education. Its training programs for Valencian young professionals aim to provide wide European-oriented experience through joining the team. We are already hosting several stage programmes for students with different backgrounds.
